SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours. Once your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number for your shipped package. 

USA:

$8, USPS 1st Class Mail or UPS Ground  (3-5 business days, depending on location)

$12, USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days, depending on location)

Free shipping on orders over $150.

CANADA:

$15, USPS 1st Class Mail to Canada (7-29 business days)

$35, USPS Priority Mail to Canada (6-10 business days)

Free shipping on orders over $200.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES:

$25, USPS 1st Class Mail to All Other Countries (10-30 business days)

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES / TAXES:

International shipping costs are a flat rate and do not include possible duties and/or taxes on the retail value of your order. The fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

MISSING PACKAGES:

Occasionally packages will get misplaced by the postal service or stolen. We recommend checking with your neighbors in case they intercepted the package by mistake or with your postman to see if he recalls dropping it off to your address. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for replacing it. 

Any packages lost by USPS and not shown as delivered, will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement. If we cannot replace the items purchased, we will issue a store credit. We do not issue refunds on packages lost by USPS.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your purchase or gift! If for any reason you aren't happy, please contact us to exchange it for other item! 

Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. All discounted items are available to exchange/return for store credit only. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial received date.

ONLINE RETURN:

To return or exchange any item purchased online, e-mail customerservice@kirakids.com with your order number and return/exchange request. 

KIRA SF RETURN:

To return or exchange any item purchased in store, please visit our SF store within 14 days, and we will be happy to help you! If you would prefer to mail it in, email kirasanfrancisco@kirakids.com with your return or exchange request.
